The Tata SIGNA 4923.S is a tractor-trailer under the legendary ‘SIGNA’ badging. Powered by a six-cylinder 5883 cc Cummins ISBe BS – IV engine, the tractor is quite capable of putting out a maximum power of 230 BHP at 2500 RPM and a peak torque of 850 Nm at 1300 to 1800 RPM. The nine-speed manual gearbox coupled to a 380 mm single-plate dry type clutch is quite capable of handling the transmission duties and easily takes it to a top speed of 82-kilometer per hour without any sort of vibrations.
