The homegrown manufacturer, Tata has a lot of good quality carriage trucks under its name and the LPT 810 CRX is one among them. It is an entry-level carriage truck with two wheelbase variations including 3400 mm and 3800 mm. It has an adjustable driver seat and power steering with a tiltable column for the comfort feature.
As for the suspension, there is a semi-elliptical leaf springs and hydraulic double acting telescopic type shock absorber at the front. The rear units are also the same, only the Auxiliary springs are added with these as well.
Powering the truck is a 497 TCIC CRX mill, which can push out a maximum power of 123.3 hp and the peak torque is 400 Nm. The power is sent to the wheels via a six-speed manual transmission along with a 310 mm single plate dry friction clutch.
