During the Auto Expo 2018, the homegrown automaker, TATA unveiled a new LCV, namely Ultra T7. It is available in two different wheelbase options, including 3310 mm and 3550 mm. It comes with a host of comfort features including driver information display, a power steering with tiltable column and adjustable driver seat. It has airbrakes along with the parking brakes that perform the stopping duties.
Under the hood, there is a 3.0-litre 4SP CR water-cooled common rail EGR mill, which can make a maximum power of 83 bhp coming at 2,800 rpm. While the peak torque sticks 250 Nm coming at a range between 1400 and 2400 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels via a five-speed manual transmission aided by a 280 mm Single plate dry friction type clutch. It carries a fuel tank of 60 litres.
