During December 2018, the homegrown automaker Tata launched the LPK 912 in Bhutan. The LPK 912 is a known name in the transport business. It is the bigger version of LPK 407 that has GCW of 9600 kilograms. It is built on a wheelbase of 2,700 mm, and the ground clearance of the vehicle is 217 mm.<\/p>\n

The vehicle is equipped with a 3.8-litre four-cylinder inline water-cooled direct injection diesel engine with inter cooler that can produce a maximum power of 123.3 hp coming at 2,400 rpm, and the peak torque is 400 Nm coming at a range of 1,300 and 1,600 rpm. The power is sent to the wheels via a five-speed manual transmission along with 310 mm Single Plate dry friction type booster. It carries a fuel tank of 100 litres.<\/p>\n
