As the name suggests, the TATA SFC 407 CNG is the ‘CNG’ version of the model that has similar features like the SFC 407 BS-IV, but the engine is different. It has a box body setup at the back and a day cabin is fitted on the chassis. As a part of the comfortable offerings, there is a power steering with tiltable column and an adjustable driver seat. The hydraulic brakes, as well as the parking brakes, perform the stopping duties.
The vehicle comes with a 3.8-litre BS-IV engine, which is capable of returning a maximum power of 83 hp at 2,500 rpm and the peak torque is 270 Nm at a range of 1200-1500 rpm. It is the five-speed manual gearbox that takes care of the transmission duties.
